We appreciate how disappointing this must be for you to have received an item that has arrived faulty or damaged or has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, it is not what we would have wanted to happen at all, but we will do our very best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this type of return relates to a single product, so if multiple products in your order have been affected, you will need to submit a return request for each individual product.

What is the issue with the product

Please consider the following

Whilst we appreciate that you wish to receive your products in a pristine, showroom condition, especially if they are destined to be a gift for a loved-one, accidents and mis-handling do happen. The actual packaging is designed as a functional protection for the product contained within, so is designed to be damaged in order to protect the more valuable contents.

When you consider that a single product sent from Karcher UK's central warehouse to Karcher Center JHS and then out to you, our customers, can involve being transferred around the country on at least 8 lorries or vans and up to 4 automated sorting belts. It is easy to see that with all this handling and transferring that occasionally damage to packaging does happen unfortunately and for this reason, we do not accept damage to packaging as a valid reason for returning your products using the Return A Faulty Or Damaged Product method.

Don't worry though, providing you are within 30 days of the date you purchased the product from us, you are still well within your rights to return the product under the reason The product you have ordered is no longer required
