We're really sorry that we have sent you an item that you didn't order, unfortunately, as are pickers and packers are only human, so sometimes a genuine mistake is made. We appreciate that this is an inconvenience for you, but we will do our very best to rectify this as soon as possible, with the minimum of fuss.

We will arrange to deliver you the correct product. In order to do this, we will arrange a method for you to return the incorrect item. This may be in the form of a label to attach to the package to drop it off at your local Post Office, provide a link for you to produce your own label or barcode to use at a DHL ParcelPoint that is closest to you or arrange for a collection and exchange at an address of your choosing. The method we will provide will be the most suitable for the product that needs to be returned.

As this is our error, you will not be charged for any arrangements that we make.
